260-270 whooo.Thats alot of hard lean weight! For bulking i stick to more compound exercises and focus less on finishing type of exercises...Anything i can lift the most amount of weight with is a basic...But most imp is what, when and how you eat. I try to stay relatively lean in the offseason...I was 166 @ my show (hard to believe and im not 215..looking to get to 225-230 before contet diet starts

same here. Trainings going well, getting stronger and adding some more weight for next years comps...Im thinking about competing around June 2 shows bout a week apart so i can hold my peak well and hopefully take some more trophies home!

Thanks again...i ate aaaalooottt last night but was right back in the gym this am and i also went back in the afternoon with my girlfriend for a 2nd time later in the day..ahhaa...she competes also..thanks again

figure 1.5g pf protein per lb of bodyweight...and 1.25 g of carbs per lb of bodyweight...keep fat low during your diet with 8-10 small meals per day..all carbs are to be low glycemic.. do cardio with your heart rate 135-145 bpm for 30 min 5x per week...every 2 wks increase it by 5 min... start 4/1/08 and by 7/1/08 youll be diced!!
