How I Started:
I was sick of being skinny and tried working out but never seemed to stick with it for more than a month or two. Finally in my last year of High School I started going to the gym in the A.M before school and have not looked back.
Why I Love It:
I get a great sense of accomplishment. I care about my health and appearance and want to improve it always. I love the fact that we as humans have the ability to change ourselves.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just tell myself, "I won't grow unless I go!" I also want to look my best not just for myself, but for my girlfriend Tlblais, shes my pride and joy and we continue to push eachother to be the best we can be!
BB Accomplishments:
Recently as of June 14th I won 2nd Place @ the NPC CTGRANDPRIX for Mens Middleweight division and also won 2nd place in the Open division as well. On May 24th 3 wks earlier I took 1st place in the Muscle Model Catergory for the FAME Nicole Costa Classic. I also took 2nd place for Mens Fitness Model as well. Workin with Tlblais (my girlfirend)on her nutrition plan and exercise program which she placed 1st in her first show and 2nd in both her divisions for her sencond show @ WNSO Fame Nationals. Seeing her win her first time around was not only an accomplishment but was truly one of my proudest moments in my life thus far. Winning Fame Nicole Costa Classic on May 24th 08' 1st Place muscle Model and 2nd Place Fitness model.... Winning 2nd Place in my First bodybuilding show The NPC CT GRANDPRIX 2nd place in the Open and 2nd Place in the CT State portion!!! Oh yah and getting to an all time low of 3% bodyfat for my show!!!!!!

I want to gain another 30lbs of muscle and that for me is extremely difficult. I'm definately a hardgainer so I know it will take me at least 4-5 yrs until I'm there. I want to stay healthy and look great for the rest of my life!

Work it out bro! I got two back to back shows um eyeing may 2 and 9. One here and one in Orlando, my hometown so my family can see me compete. Still bulking. At 176 now. Shooting for 185 then cut to about 155. Still got all of January and February to go before the cut. Keep me posted. And I may have questions. Haha. Later.

I agree that compounds are good for growing but i don't stay lean. Staying lean for me is not the ideal way of growing. Started this year at 300 and now at 313 lbs but my bodyfat has dropped considerably. I really want my pro card. Will qualify for nationals next year and then do Team Universe and Nationals.

Great, good luck... I start my precontest in Jan, got 3 shows all about 3 weeks apart first one not really peaking for but the Musclemania and Southern States goign to go in there and tear it up. Hoping to qualify for Nationals for the following year. Hope to come in at a lean hard 260 - 270.
