I was sick of being skinny and tried working out but never seemed to stick with it for more than a month or two. Finally in my last year of High School I started going to the gym in the A.M before school and have not looked back.
Why I Love It:
I get a great sense of accomplishment. I care about my health and appearance and want to improve it always. I love the fact that we as humans have the ability to change ourselves.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just tell myself, "I won't grow unless I go!"
I also want to look my best not just for myself, but for my girlfriend Tlblais, shes my pride and joy and we continue to push eachother to be the best we can be!
BB Accomplishments:
Hittin' 4%BF in the summer of 07'..
Workin with Tlblais (my girlfirend)on her nutrition plan and exercise program which she placed 1st in her first show and 2nd in both her divisions for her sencond show @ WNSO Fame Nationals. Seeing her win her first time around was not only an accomplishment but was truly one of my proudest moments in my life thus far.
Winning Fame Nicole Costa Classic on May 24th 08' 1st Place muscle Model and 2nd Place Fitness model....
Winning 2nd Place in my First bodybuilding show The NPC CT GRANDPRIX 2nd place in the Open and 2nd Place in the CT State portion!!!
Oh yah and getting to an all time low of 3% bodyfat for my show!!!!!!

Goal (Long):
I want to gain another 30lbs of muscle and that for me is extremely difficult. I'm definately a hardgainer so I know it will take me at least 4-5 yrs until I'm there. I want to stay healthy and look great for the rest of my life!
