My mountain bike workout was great, thanks. Had a beautiful day here for it, always a good change in routine. Tomorrow is Shoulders. That workout has been progressing quite well. (Inspired by a certain BB.com member). Take care and have a great day tomorrow.

Things are going very well for me, thanks! Workouts have been awesome, motivation high, and breaking some personal records (see my blog). And for variety, even did some wrestling today. We were very evenly matched and went for about 50 minutes. What a blast and what an awesome workout. Planning on doing it again next week.

Hey Dennis, just hang in there bud. You're doing great. Your changes and improvements will come in different ways and at different rates as you progress. Pick a simple, measureable goal and conquer it. Building a succession of achieved, incremental goals will give you the momentum you are looking for. Let me know if you want some ideas.
