I knew that I could no longer get by with the casual approach to fitness that I had in my twenties and thirties. I knew I had to make a change.
Why I Love It:
I value the energy and stamina that I gain. I like seeing the transformations take place.
How I Stay Motivated:
I receive support from my wife. And I am encouraged by tracking the results.

Lost 25 pounds over the past 1-1/2 years and more recently have seen measureable strength gains.

not much progress since 05-27. those arms look pretty darn wimpy. need some work!

I came across your profile, and relate to the 40+ challenge to stay in shape. I'm trying to lose BF too, not looking to get big. Kudos on dropping 25 lbs. I lost 25 back in 2002, after I hit 40, and have kept it off. Now, for those last few stubborn lbs of BF....
