How I Started:
I first started working out back in high school like every other young male. It was all about sports and wanting to impress the ladies. Working out provided such.
Why I Love It:
I now love the aspect of it all. The pure adrenaline rush from pounding the weights, pushing past what you thought was possible, dependent on no one but yourself. The pride and self gratification of knowing that you put it all out there and limping away smiling knowing that tomorrow brings another grueling test. But thats what brings me back everyday on this life long journey of fitness.
How I Stay Motivated:
The simple enjoyment of life keeps me motivated. Being in shape allows for endless activities without worrying about "can I do this?".
how's the cutting going? i need to stay focused for that too, every time I start I can never finish...ahhhh the temptations...!!! took today off, and i hate it! LOL The day just isn't complete
