7 meals a day. 5 whole meals 6oz chicken breast moderate fat high carbs. 2 shakes 1 whey and waxy maize and 1 casein at bed time. I have a very fast metabalism so I keep my carbs higher even when dieting but that's me.
I competed last spring in my first comp. Just taking time off to put on more size. im 196 in my avatar. Gonna compete again in like 2 years when i finish school.
I naturually have long abs because I have a Long torso I just need them to get thicker so I do one day of high reps like 15-20 to failure and then hit them 3 days later after legs low reps around 6-8. Hitting them from all angles about 9-12 sets each time. Hope this helps.
haha, it starts with genetics and then some hard ass work, and a planned diet which has been tweaked and changed to my own liking. ur looking good though man, just keep working hard!
dude ur stats make no sense unless ur back and shoulders are hella week? do u just bench and squat or what? plus add ur supps you take so people can ask you **** bout them and dont be so gay all of the time hahahaaha
