hey dude, I never look at this thing any more. Been in a slump, I am 100% positive everday, focused, motivated and more but **** just isnt happening for me I hate to bitch but ****, it is very strange

Nick- you are that rockstar all wan to be, the alpha-those abs are a gift from god, but you had to uncover them and be your best, good job using what you were given, keep you chin up and let it trickle to all areas of who you are = )

no man, its how you lose body fat. simply take the number .45xyour body weight in pounds (follow?) then take 50% of this number and add it back on the top for high intensity training days (30% for low intensity)- you then simply play with the fat and carbs by cycling them. You always maintain the protein intake, but should do a detox twice a month where you do none.Create your own, do some study and it will come around = )good luck, talk soon

.45x bodyweight lbs=____ x24hrs= ree_____x 1.5=ree + fuel Now just play with the fat and carb balance, keep protein at 1.5 x bw in lbs as a constant. Train only compound exercises with a day of rest after each full body day. Do deadlifts, incline bench, decline bench, t-bar rows, pull-down to chest, seated calf raises and military presses each for 3x6-8r mon, wed and fri. do this for 8 weeks increasing the weight of each lift by 2.5 lbs per week.
