At 13 years of age, started Personal Training at 16, training my high school Football team. I built a gym in my garage after saving 2k from a 60hr per week JOB. I love iron its in my blood (it really is)
Why I Love It:
It is my crutch, it isolates me, it involves me, it weakens me, it strengthens me, it puts me in the spotlight,it builds me up, then breaks me down, it takes everything and it gives back even more-B
How I Stay Motivated:
first rage, then to anger, then I am fueled by my low self image, than it's my insecurity, then toward just feeling good then just looking good finally when I am tired the bottom line just because, just because

I hold Nutrition, Personal Training KB, Suspension Training and Pilates certs from the following; NASM,ACE,NSCA,AFAA,NESTA,AFPA,AFTA,GLOBA L,TRX,KETTLEBELL A2E, plus sub ceu certs. Pilates Coach Reformer 1 Equinox Tiers 1,2 and 3, Clubone Specialized Trainer-

Description: for my clients I mod my week to fit the two days most can afford. day 1}chest,back,core and vo2. day 2}legs, shoulders, arms and abs. On top of this an undulating 6 week progression/regression should take place but with constant variabilty and stimulus in mind. good luck

man--i know everything's relative, but you have it going on brother. your stats are unbelievable! i'd knock someone down a flight of stairs to get your lean muscle mass. LOL. keep leading the way, man.
I help train a Fire fitness and agility class at mission college, assist in a Kickboxing class,weight lift and take yoga. And yet I still cant seem to put on weight. I'm studying kinesiology and hope to one day be a personal trainer as well. If you have any advice i'd be greatly appreciated.
