How I Started:
I have always been into keeping in good shape, but never really had the knowledge to gain the body that I truly wanted, now that has changed and im more determined than ever!
Why I Love It:
I do it for nobody but me, i love the fact that i can put in hard work and see results, it fills me with determination and i find it one of the most rewarding sports I have ever done, its a sport where I am my own coach, manager, dietition and judge! I love the feeling afterwards in the changing room! PUMPED UP!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I am very competitive and critical of myself, I often come on here and look at the best pics and set my sights on becoming level or better with that person, there is always somebody bigger n better to keep me motivated!
BB Accomplishments:
putting on 14pounds (so far) without gaining too much bodyfat!

Basically, I love seeing my body change week after week, im still bulking up at the moment after i lost alot of weight and muscle mass, i dropped to under 10 an half stone. but now im back up to 11st 8 and ideally would like to get to 13st but for now reaching a steady 12st will be a good benchmark!

I want to GAIN 6 lb

I pre set workouts from the iternet or books, and I apply my own knowledge to tweak them, and i just listen to my body when it comes to rest days!
