I have always been into keeping in good shape, but never really had the knowledge to gain the body that I truly wanted, now that has changed and im more determined than ever!
Why I Love It:
I do it for nobody but me, i love the fact that i can put in hard work and see results, it fills me with determination and i find it one of the most rewarding sports I have ever done, its a sport where I am my own coach, manager, dietition and judge! I love the feeling afterwards in the changing room! PUMPED UP!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I am very competitive and critical of myself, I often come on here and look at the best pics and set my sights on becoming level or better with that person, there is always somebody bigger n better to keep me motivated!
BB Accomplishments:
putting on 14pounds (so far) without gaining too much bodyfat!
ideally i want to be 12stone (170lbs), i would like to get my arms up to 18 inches, i want to get a thicker chest maybe break the 40inch barrier and get to around 45inches, after the bulk i would like to be around 7% bodyfat.
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
It still bothers me now, iv got the worst thumbs of all time iv researched it and it sounds like basal thumb arthritis was an onset of a rubbish chest press machine!! suffered ever since!

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
If ur not panting loudly or grunting then u cant be pushing hard enough!
My university exams are in a couple of days, so in preperation i have let nothing stress me out, so i stopped any diet i am on for bodybuilding and going to the gym. i am basically eating three meals a day agian, sometimes less.
im getting revision done though so that is the main thing,...
Seen the new bicep pic, it's great, you look fuller and leaner, and you're not posed down as far on the flex, and it's peaked out! Great Job and Stay motivated Brother Man!
Certainly right about not worrying too much about the small amount of BF along with the solid muscle gains. Just keep striving towards that goal. Andre
