Buddy hidroxycut from muscletech is the best don't worry fat burnes its like creatine i would say the effects are real! Stay motived with fat burners and training hard (cardio and abs + lift weight) u burn fat really fast i'm sure of it! U have potential and motivation because other people stop do what u do in 3 weeks but you didnt stop! So respect buddy!

Just a little post to say thanks you people! Your comments encourage me to give the best of me even! And just for that i would say T H A N K S!
I am on a big construction site in building nowadays for real i want take 5 lbs this month. I think i can do that in working hard my legs and after that i going to work my condition and separation! Keep looking my space and u can be sûre i going to do my best (187lbs)or dye trying :)
