Hey my friend! It's good to hear from you! I'm doing alright. Making some strides in my calf development. I've been hitting them about 3 times a week and they are finally showing signs of life. The rest of my legs however are still lacking. I've put on mass on my arms and chest but I still need to lose more body fat. I love that profile pic :) So what's next for you? Just resting until 2013?
