What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Well Both shoulders bug me, and so do both my elbows and my left wrist. Havent recovered, they just come and go, but right now my left bicep is killing me so we will see what happens.

Dead lift. If you dont use good form you can really do a number on your L-spine.
