Well, here I am finally getting back to the gym. I broke my back in August 2002, had a son in January 2004, was told not to workout after/during both of those, due to my physical job, and was disgusted with myself in September 2005...

After 12 weeks, I was feeling much better about myself! A few weeks after this was taken, a couple of people from my gym talked me into doing a bodybuilding show in June...
