I originally started because I was diagnosed with hypoglausmia and as I started to see the fat drop and how I looked and felt, I became hooked!!!
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel. I have more energy,and confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am looking for new workouts to help me stay motivated. When I miss working out I feel sluggish and I don't like feeling so down. So I try to never miss a workout.
BB Accomplishments:
My arms, and legs. Next my abs and mastering pull ups.

Goal (Long):
I have always been petite and now turning 35 yrs old I would like to be toned and healthy looking. I enjoy eating and eat alot but have such a hard time gaining healthy weight. I want to focus on my abs and chest as well as the rest of my body. I want to gain 8 pounds and maintain my measurements that I currently have. I love the way I look now but want to improve my muscle definition.
I am unable to go to the gym for 6 wks due to surgery. Everyone is telling me that I need to take these 6 wks to gain weight so when I go back I can start to gain more muscle. I don't understand why I should gain weight and I eat very clean and healthy(huge fan of Tosca Reno) and others are...
