Thanks for dropping by and for leaving such a great message. You are so right, just because we have lost one part of our body does not mean that we can’t get fit or achieve our fitness goals. You look great and I wish you nothing but success in whatever you do.
I'm trying! Still gonna come down 2 the spot? I'll be there 2morrow...well, working frm 10am-2, but after, a few people and I will be tackling shoulders and a lil beast mode .5 body routine we normally do on Sats...Lemme know.
One thing that most people have to realize is to get lean you must hit the weights more then cardio, dont get me wrong cardio is essential, but it must be done at a balance, You burn more calories lifting heavy for 45 minutes then doing cardio for 45 minutes.When you go overboard with cardio, you tend to lose muscle, I say do no more then 20 minutes of cardio and lift more often. you should see better results along with proper nutrition
Myfriend AL lewis trained me for the last contest and hooked me up with some excellent training programs in tweleve weeks ive made some good gains he definately knows his stuff
