How I Started:
I started lifting weights as high school football player. My love of lifting continued during my 7 years in the Air Force after high school.
I after leaving the military, I attended college on a football scholarship, and continued to lift and exercise for competitive sports. I still lift today, but not nearly as heavy as when I was in college.
Why I Love It:
It is a stress reliever, and I like the feeling of having control of my body's development as I approach my 40's
How I Stay Motivated:
If I don't exercise, my weight skyrockets. It's a real challenge to maintain a healthy weight

I'm working on them

that cool man. Yeah I think the same thing still applies for you. I started out jsut watching what I ate and tried to make sure I stayed under my base calories for the day ( (base+whatever Iburned working out)- 500 or so)). Then I jsut lifted heavy( to preserve muscle) and did cardio like a mad man lol.
Hi Chris,
I'm back to eating lean protein, fruits and vegetables as my main choices. No pasta and only 1 slice of whole wheat toast for my breakfast.
I do cardio (I look at calories burned rather than the amount of time I'm doing it for) and weight train 6 days per week. Thanks for the friend request :D
Thank you Chris! I don't really have any tips except I do cardio every day, eat 5-6x/day (clean meals) & I weight train 5x/week...with splits. I wish you & your wife the best of success!
Hi Chris! Thank you very much for the friendship invitation, and kind compliment. I have tutorials on youtube under pixiedust3727! Let me know if you have questions. Best wishes
