Average slim Army guy who wants to get bigger and toned during my deployment and return home looking good.
Goal (Long):
I have never played any sports and part of the reason why I joined the Army was to gain discipline. But, everyone seems so much more advanced in the gym and I don't know what I'm doing, where to start, what to eat, or if I should take suplements. I am deployed and I have about a year to shape up and look good for when I return home. I don't want to be the nerdy guy when I come back home to the States. I am slim but not skinny if that makes sense. I've been told that if I stick to working out I'll look really good but I lack motivation because I can't find a partner with simular goals who knows what they are doing that I can work out with. I am 5'9" and weigh about 165lbs.

Yeah I've seen that chapel. They were remodeling it when I stopped by. I'm a pretty big fan of getting big but it's whatever your trying to achieve. I'm going to try and cut up a little over the next couple of months for when I go home on midtour.
