I've been working out for years, but very on and off. my training was interupted by periods of trying to loose weight by fasting, but then the weight would just come back on. I didn't understand nutrition. . .
Why I Love It:
It's constantly a challenge, and there's so many ways to achive your goals. I can constantly see progress, and feel better for it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading articles on bodybuilding.com, seeing the amazing transformations and my Dad, who is an avid weight lifter.
BB Accomplishments:
Just started properly, but will have got down to 10% bodyfat in 3 months
I want to get my body fat percentage down to 10% within 3 months. It's at 21% at the moment, so loads to do.
Goal (Long):
I wanna loose fat but still gain muscle. I know it's a delicate balancing act, but if I can achieve a loss body fat percentage then I'm going to start bulking up. I've never had a six pack so would be nice to see if I've got abs!
