formandfunction I've been at it a long time. Started as a bodybuilder when i was in my 20s. never serious though, didn't understand diet and rest. I train more like an athlete now, complex moves, absolutly no machines. the truth is youre only special and unique to your mother. formandfunction we've all been where you are. we understand. and we've all learned (hopefully). take advantage of it. If you someone that that you think you could use a a goal, ask.
