Solid goal bro just work hard n diet well and you'll get it. I do behind the neck barbel shoulder presses, dumbell shoulder presses, d-bell lateral raises, bent over d-bell lateral raises. Thats pretty much it.

Hey Jill! The training is going really well. I just took some measurements yesterday; lost 2.5lbs over the course of 5 weeks, lost a lil bit on my waist and put on some good size all around =) I had my 5k race today. Didn't beat my time, but I have high hopes for the upcoming races in May. How is everything going with you?

What?!? That person is crazy! You look really great! I'm glad you didn't let that person stop you! Question though- how did you get into fitness modeling? And how can I get involved with it? I've always wanted to appear in a fitness magazine; I know I am at least a couple years off from being in good enough shape, but I know if I keep training hard like I have been that I can make it!

Lolz C, thanks. My first 5k for this year is on March 29th. I'm crossing my fingers for some decent weather. If you go to runnersworld.com and go under the section "Smart Coach" you can log in your information and it will give you a training schedule to follow for as many weeks as you want. I've been following that for the last 4 weeks. How has your training been going? What kind of things are you doing?

I considered competing, but then I saw an all natural bodybuilding show and I wasn't that impressed with it. My friends said it was a bad show and to see other shows before I make my final decision. So we'll see. =)

Yeah Getting back after some time off was always a pain in the butt for me too. I was sore almost everyday, but at the same time I loved that feeling. I just kept in mind that "Pain is weakness leaving the body."
