do you mean advice about north carolina or training advice? :) hah, New Bern, I don't know much about, I've spent most of my life in Asheville. ..as for getting shredded.. I'm doing "all raw carbs and fat" ex. flax seed oil, coconut oil, avocados, almonds, etc... and only raw fruit for carbs or raw honey... and super lean proteins. keeping a food journal really helps make aware. And caffeine, great stuff haha.. create a great one!
