Westmoor High Attended 1978 to 1981 Daly City, California United States
When I Started:
How I Started:
Was tired of being skinny. Want to take it to the next level and get HUGE and keep my body fat under 10%
Why I Love It:
More and more I enjoy the PUMP and taking some time to improve my health and body.
How I Stay Motivated:
My trainer was the one who really kick started me and said I could make gains if I focused and did not give up. No instant gratification here but looking for that long term goal.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting my waist back to almost 30" and really starting to see my abs.
LOOK 30 AT 50!! Continue to gain lean muscle and hit under double digits on bodyfat.
Goal (Long):
I have been working out about an year. With little experience I decided to hire a trainer. What a difference he made. Showing me how to properly use the weights. He taught me not to lift too heavy at first for good form but still pushed me to add more weight or go for that extra rep. He really kept me on track at the gym and continued to bug me about my eating habits. "Stop consuming anything white" and "No soda or fast food". He also urged me to begin taking a vitamin supplement which I have been doing for over a year. I wanted to gain weight so he also had me carb load. I went to 160 pounds and I was thrilled since I had NEVER been 160 in my life...but I was looking soft. Started a thermogenic after that and have trimmed down to where I am now, 150 pounds and much more cut (was 15% body fat now I'm 12%). Waist is almost back to my high school days of 30 inches and my chest, shoulders and legs have GROWN. Guns are where I'm short so a short term goal (no pun) is to boost the size of my arms.
