I usually warm up my shoulders lats triceps and biceps for bicep day to be sure my entire upper body is ready, then i do EZ bar 21's (usually 4-5 sets) alt DB curl for 4 sets, hammer curls for 4 sets, and then 2 other movements to keep them fully developed.

Yeah man, working is tough. I had a job a month ago (which I quit) where I had to be in the heat 9 hours a day and I lost 10 pounds really fast. But thats good you have a job, I'm looking for one now. But as for sports, I didn't play any in high school. I just focused on bodybuilding. Do you play any sports?
Thats great, glad to hear training is good! I barbell curl about 10x115 good form, bench about 10x230 at my best. Yeah, my brother is amazing. He's always had muscles even at 11 or 12. He benched 140 at 11 yrs. I was only benching 100 at 13 yrs, so everyone's different.
I know what you mean. Sometimes over the course of a year it seems I don't increase the weight on bb curls but I do them stricter, which actually means its heavier. Right now I do them strict, but I used to cheat and got good results either way. Just try to add 5 lbs. once in awhile while keeping strict form. Good luck!
Yeah, you could try barbell curls, incline dumbbell curls, and reverse curls. That should work well. Also, try doing 3 exercises for the triceps too. Keep up the great work!
Yeah, I think doing Arnold's basic program is great. It worked great for me. And my diet right now is 6000 calories per day of healthy food, lots of protein. I used to only need 5000 calories, but my metabolism suddenly increased. Let me know if you have any other questions.
You're doing great, man! As for advice on where to improve I would say just keep it up. It's good you're gaining weight. The muscles seem to be in good balance. Great work!
Thanks, man! It feels great to finally win. Don't worry, you'll definitely be as good or better than me by my age. You're better than I was at 15. I would say you should compete as soon as you want. Give at least a couple months to prepare for a show, then hit it! Try a small show and see what you think. The INBA is a good organization. And my brother didn't compete at this comp. He'll do the INBA Team USA with me in September. Good luck!
Yeah, I won the teen class! Even though there were only of us teens it was great. I placed 5th out of 7 in the novice, so I'm happy with that! You should think about competing.
