Parallel squat 2.5 times my bodyweight.
Goal (Long):
I'm not rushing my goal, but would like to make progress on my squat. My p.r. is 405x3. Currently, I'm working to get back up to that level. I know that squatting beyond 2.5 times one's bodyweight won't increase sprint speed or vertical jump (read that somewhere, Kelly Baggett?)...so my goal is to get to the upper limits of strength, so that my athleticism can improve.

I have used a belt before. They say to not use one all the time though. I think my max squat was like 200...but that was on the smith machine
