It hasn't affected my family life, it once did when I was yuonger and did not udnerstand balance. But now I do, and me and my family have never been closer.

Hey man, just been working and stuff. Im already 20lbs veavier and need to start cutting but im finding it hard to get the dedication to cut that I had before since im not cuttign for a comp. I seriously need to start though cause I dont want to add anymore fat. whats up with you man?

Srry bout so long for reply, I seldom get comments and never really check. Im 5 days away my friend and im looking really dry after 5 or so days of taking xpel. Right now i just wanna coast into the show looking just as I do now, well with carbs in me of course.
