173 lbs. My new regimen starts next week so we'll see what happens....I'm expecting to make some headway with it...I think I may do a weekly log if I can figure out how, lol

About to turn 34 and the end of September and I look and feel a mess! It's time for me to get my body together....I haven't even weighed myself yet but from the looks of things.......

173 lbs. Haven't lost that much but I'm definitely a lot stronger. Oh, I'm able to run a mile without taking a break too, lol
