Post Inguinal Hernia Recovery!

Where do I start. Well I recently suffered from a left inguinal hernia 27 days ago, right after Thanksgiving. I performing the barbell squat while wearing my new Vibram Five-Fingers. I warmed up properly. I ran 2 miles on the track, squatted 135x12, did some stretching and worked my way up from 225x10 to 245x8. However, on the way up during the first rep of 245x8, I felt a bursting sensation followed by a brief warming senstion. It didn't hurt but I just felt strange, so I  immediately racked the bar and put the weights back up and called it a day. I took Saturday off and resumed light tr...
