How I Started:
I wanted to be recognized around school as someone who is dedicated towards achieving their goals. I wanted to gain muscle, but I had no idea how until I had this class in school called the Foundations of Physical Fitness. The name speaks for itself. So since then I've been working hard and eating healthy. I was in Wrestling during my Sohpomore year of Highschool.. which really really slowed down my progress cause of cutting down to make weight.( which is stupid to me now) But thats why it took me about a year to get to where I'm at.
Why I Love It:
Its healthy, its fun, and it really benefits you in several ways. Your Physique, your attitude, and confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by making short term goals every month or so. If I see any noticiable gains that also helps motivate me. Bodybuilding is a lifestyle I love.

This was taken when I firsted started lifting. I weighed 112 pounds cause of wrestling. (bench max was 160) still pretty good for my size. As soon as wrestling season ended, I gained around 12 pounds of pure muscle.

Kenneth, thanks for the complement. But my brother, its obvious that you dont need to be in a gym to acheive your goal. You are a prime example of that. You've obtained everything you have right in your own house and its way more ao called real then a gym membership. Because you were self motivated. Many peps cant have that. You should be very proud. But I do understand that it nice to be in the company of others who are training because it helps motivate you.
