Currently 32 years old, 6'1" and 205 lbs. lean. Let me tell you how I got started.Well I was always a skinny kid growing up and once I hit 21 and stopped smoking I gained about five lbs. right off the bat. Now at 135 lbs. (yea yea I know) I thought it's time to get serious about gaining weight. Within my first year and a half I made my way to 201 lbs. Granted I gained a lot of fat it was still great progress.
Why I Love It:
I love being sexy and having one up on the average guy. Also it allows me to take my frustrations out on something besides co-workers when they piss me off. Goin postal is not always best but it sure as heck would feel nice to do it one day LOL.
How I Stay Motivated:
I guess I am like every other man in the gym being that I am not always motivated and sometimes need a push or at least a break. What gets to me most are the guys that have lifted less than a year and are already juicing. Being an all natural bodybuilder I hate it when they blow right by me. Then in the months to come they usually fade away because they have taught themselves that it can't be done without it. Now don't get me wrong I am not against the juice but using it within the first 3 months of lifting is something that even the pros should say is not a good idea.
BB Accomplishments:
I competed for the first and only time last year and took 3rd in the NPC Juniors middle weight class. Should have done Novice but I kind of got talked into stepping up a class by a friend which I now regret. I feel I would have squashed everyone in the Novice.
1/1/2008 - I updated my measurments on my chart so check them out. I made all the measurments just like they say to do in the example videos and all are relaxed, not flexed!

190 lbs.
Just thought I would add this one to the progress since I feel I have made a lil.
I want to maintain a lean physique of 220 lbs. to 230 lbs. I think that is the perfect all around size for someone my height. I can carry this weight well and still do my everyday job. Although Jay, Ronnie, and the other pros look good I do not think they would do well in a set of full turnout gear crawling around the floor of a 1,000 degree house.
Description: Haha this is a funny I made, I taught Justin how to be sexy LOL!

Why I like this video: This video shows Kevin Levrone as a beast which he is no longer. He was awesome and still is for the simple fact that he chose happiness over being the hugest mo fo on the planet. Kind of odd after getting that far he realized that it was not what he wanted afterall!
OK so things are not going the way I want them to lol. I am now looking for small investments/donations to help get a small gym built on the property I already own. Donations can be small or large and so far I have raised 10K. I myself have about the same amount that I can invest which would...
Hows it going I saw your profile and read you were like me always skinny and tall. lately I have been doing work outs that I learned in the marines and I was wondering what work out worked for you when you started getting serious about it.
Hi, You have a really great build, and have maintained it brilliantly, keep on getting bigger, I think 230 would be great. I know a firefighter who is over 300.
Don't worry. I was stuck at 187 or so for a long, long time. Than I just ate a lot, and workout out extra hard, and did not check the scale for a long time and I broke 200. How much you want to gain this time around?

Chad, you've got an amazing physique and congrats staying so fit as you get into your 30's. You keep the rest of us challenged as we age. Awesome chest, abs, and arms. You're hard work has truly paid off.
Chad, you've got an awesome physique. And keeping it looking great at 32 is a great achievemtment too. Great chest and abs man. You're younger than me, but still you are showing that as even as we get older we can still have a great looking physique. Keep training hard and challenging us other guys to stay in shape.
