I was always the scrawny kid who never got any attention. It started out as a way to impress others, now it's an addiction to impress myself. Push myself to the limit and beyond. It's a challenge I can undertake and succeed at on many levels.
Why I Love It:
I do it for the mental stability it brings to me, the healthy lifestyle, and the sheer joy I get from walking into the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
PHOTO COMMENTS! I love me some photo comments. They help me stay motivated! :) New routines. I'm constantly tweaking my routine by adding sets or reps or new exercises. Also, reading fitness magazines always makes me want to jump into the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
I was 145lbs and couldn't gain weight for the life of me. In 9 months I put on 35lbs by eating healthy and constantly. Doing it naturally gave me the motivation to keep pushing myself to the limit and always set new goals.

You are lucky that you are bulking, the season is great for you! I am trying to maintain the muscle and lose the fat, but damn it seems impossible! Really stressing me out!

Thanks bro, I guess you are right! So what are you up to lately? Any goals for the end of the year? I am gunning for 25-30 lbs before January 1rst... just need to crack that cardio and stay on top of the diet!
Everything is going bad here, seriously but trying to keep my head up! Been busy so workout fell off, same for diet! Trying to get back at it, and find a workout regiment that will take less time but be as effective! Any ideas?
