Overall Goal: Get as lean as possible. I sit on my butt all day at a job in the bank servicing industry so it will be a challenge. I am ready for a challenge.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
None. I want to be the best me I can be, not somebody else. I don't live in fantasy land. I know I have to work with what I see in the mirror and I am ok with that. I feel pretty lucky that I have the opportunity to go to the gym on my own time and work out when I want. There is a guy in a wheel chair that goes to my gym and he works his tail off. I don't feel sorry for him. HE INSPIRES ME TO WORK HARDER. None. I want to be the best me I can be, not somebody else. I don't live in fantasy land. Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
Thanks! I love working back, it and legs are my favs... Lean, yeah trying to get there. I am competing in 5 weeks, so after I so goodbye to this gallon of water i am taking in, maybe my abs will make an appearance:-)
hey there :) thank you so much for your kind words! my diet is very clean, very high protein. my sample meal plan in my blog - i've doubled it up in the last few weeks for power-lifting. i don't do too much cardio right now, i'm trying to densify my muscles over the next two months for my show - i do a bit because i play soccer twice a week, but that's about it. until recent, my workouts were 6 days a week, 1 hour including pliometrics in between every set to keep my heart rate up.
The Omni machine is great - we demonstrate 70 - 80 work-outs. The cool thing is you can download the workouts from their website onto an I-pod or on your i-phone and plug it into the i-pod docking station that comes with the machine. They will also have different trainers create different work-outs that will be available on their website.
However, I am like you I like the gym!
Thanks for the message-
