"BEING SKINNY DAMAGES YOUR SELF-ESTEEM!!!" Had a great interest as a youth and I wanted to be strong like Bolo in Blood Sport, chiseled like Arnold in Terminator 1, in shape like Taimak from the Last Dragon, and have a six pack like Jean Claude Vandamme while holding two M-60's in my hand like John Rambo and letting devils HAVE IT...ya dig? LOL! There was a gym at the local recreational center (The Considine) that I attended for free (family connections lol). Also in highschool I had SEVERE weight training under a war-traumatized Vietnam Veteran before I fell off for about 4 years. LOL! (Crazy ol' Searg')
Why I Love It:
Because it's Godly and the children of God should be Godly in the Spirit as well as their physical. BALANCE! I also love the connection bodybuilding has with the Ancients such as the education, dieting, techniques, the science behind it, and taking care of our bodies while living in a sloppy undisciplined society.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading and thinking about my Native American, Brazilian, and Israelite ancestors and how they were high dieted warriors. I also envision about the Ancients (Hebrews, Egyptians, Phoenicians, Sumerians, and Chaldeans) and how much more educated, fit, muscular, and dieted they were than the people of the earth today. CHRIST - KING OF KINGS!
BB Accomplishments:
-Learning to Barbell Squat correctly
-Learning proper exercise form
-Gaining 20-25lbs since June '08 to Jan '09 naturally
-Looking Good in a Wife Beater
-Acquiring a 10% BF without Prohormones
-75lb Dumbbell Presses (Incline/Decline/Flat)
-100lb Dumbbell Presses
-Replacing Bodyfat with lean muscle
-Benching 275lbs Max (counting 40lb bar)
-110 Dumbbell Presses with no Spotter
-Empowering others to take on this lifestyle change of bodybuilding, health, and fitness
-Doing correct chins/pulls correctly in a variety of types with 45lb plates strapped to my waist.
-Reaching 200LBs in a little over a year.
After being out of the iron loop for three years this is where I started; 155lbs, weak, girly physique, and lack of respect. Depression, stress, unhealthy eating, not exercising, and not sleeping will definitely take a toll on you!

It's either one or the other, if you try to just go the strictly food route, groceries will break you. If you try to balance, supplements and whole foods, then the supplements will break you and the groceries accordingly. SMH!!!
