How I Started:
I was a "fuller" kid in junior high. Decided one day that I was gonna work my butt off to become as fit as I could.
Why I Love It:
I love having more energy, not getting winded walking up stairs, and just generally feeling good though out the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'll see people who are in better shape than I am and it will piss me off that I could be like that if I worked harder. So I try to.
BB Accomplishments:
Being able to bench over 300 lbs, that was kind of a big deal for me.

Ive been weight lifting for years. I have always been able to put on muscle but nowhere near where I wanted to be. Now that I have gained more knowledge about supplementaion and its benefits in bodybuilding I feel I can accomplish my goal of putting on 10-15 lbs of muscle much faster. I really look forward to seeing the changes in myself in both my appearence and energy levels.
The game plan is to start March 1st with a good foundational plan of multi-vitamins and protein and amino acids, from there I will mix in a good creatine and glutamine and throw in a great NO product to increase vasodialation and get that pump with my workouts.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Id have to go with Clean and Jerk, its one of those lifts that if you screw up a little, your gonna watch your knees bend backwards.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Inproper lifting technique, or working on nothing but arms every time they are in the gym.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Spine injury from a shoulder workout. It was bound to happen eventually. Big woop, wanna fight about it.
