How I Started:
I used to be 90 pounds without an ounce of fat or muscle on me and I wanted to change that so I started lifting. As soon as I saw results in the first month I became addicted and cant stop now.
Why I Love It:
Its a great way to vent from everything thats goes on and it feels great everytime you lift more than you did the previous workout.

Chest and arms are continuing to grow. not as fast as i would like, but growing still growing
