How I Started:
I used to be 90 pounds without an ounce of fat or muscle on me and I wanted to change that so I started lifting. As soon as I saw results in the first month I became addicted and cant stop now.
Why I Love It:
Its a great way to vent from everything thats goes on and it feels great everytime you lift more than you did the previous workout.
