JPhillips17 glad that worked out for you dude! only incorporate the giant sets for about 4 weeks, then go back to traditional training, you will notice some seriousl strength gains tho! Dec 22, 2007 7:53am

JPhillips17 hmm giant sets..i could explain but better to watch...go check out the fitshow ....any of the shows that are "hardcore training with milos" will show you giant sets! my rep range on leg day is anywhere from 10-15, but i will throw in sets of 20,30, or even 50 Dec 21, 2007 8:39am
