You never realize how much fat your body has on it until you start to cut and see what you had under it...

11/21/07 I felt I had a really good workout, and realized I had been skimping on the carbs the past few days, So I loaded right up on carbs to see how I looked. Figured it was a good time to see how far I'd come

Figured it was time for some more progress pictures haha.
I got my bodyfat tested a few days ago at 11.65%.
Time for more cutting I assume?
For the sidenote, when I asked my friend what they thought I should work on, they said my arms. I think I went overboard on the arms and need to go back to my torso...

Though my previous picture states that I was cutting, I had a change of heart, and decided I wanted to be about 10-20 pounds of muscle bigger than I was in the previous picture, and with a lower %BF (eventually)
So, Step 1, Bulk Away.

Current plan's to bulk till the 4th/5th month. Time grows short.

Bulking more, considering that I'm off my usual mountains of supplements and just on Straight Jacked(BCL) I'd say I'm doing excellent.
I'm fluctuating between 166-168 the past few days, from the looks of things, I'm not hitting 180's as I'd hoped.
Bulk into the summer? Or cut, then begin bulking again the upcoming winter? Who knows.

Spiked up to 170 yesterday but dropped to 167.3 today. Whatever, I'll say water fluctuations.
Straight Jacked log is nearly done.

Weight was @~171, but took a sudden drop to ~166. Back to 168 about... Hoping it goes back up. I'll consider it a minor accidental cut :P

Attempting to bulk, but my weight has slumped to about 167 fluctuating +-1~2 lbs.
My bodyfat appears to be dropping and my lifts remain stable, so I'm fine with the weight drop, but I'm still waiting to hit 180... Started anabolic pump a few days ago which I thank for my lean state and also blame for my weight fluctuations.
I'm getting there :)
Est, 168lbs, 9-10%bf

Starting Rippetoe's Program, Finished 2nd workout.
Weight is about ~169, flucuating as strong as usual. Still trying to hit 180, EST % BF - 11%.
Finished 1st bottle anabolic pump, starting my 2nd now

Still in rippetoe's, I believe I have leaned out and gained some muscle since the start of this program and am enjoying it quite a bit so far :)

Weight is now around 165lbs, returned under a week ago from my 1.5 week vacation in Seattle with my girlfriend.
Couldn't really lift there, so dieted PERFECTLY. As a result, I believe I actually may have gained muscle and lost fat. Most of my lifts have remained stabile.

Quitting Rippetoe's and into Bill Starr's 5x5 now thanks to some advice from the PL forum.
172 today, felt pretty lean so I popped a progress pic :P
I didn't want to post any during my gaspari log to keep it a surprise to myself and others, so that reasons the lack of updates

10 Days into the LG Sciences T-911 Log, seeing some great progress so far, I'm on week 3 of Bill Starr's 5x5 and am also loving that. Keeping up with my lifts quite well, even over-jumped a little and am doing fine.
Progress is fun :P
I'm spacing out progress pictures a bit more though I'm taking them just as frequently so that you can see more constant progress. Also because I don't want to upload progress pictures in the middle of the logs (same reason) So I hoard them all to myself, and only release the beginning/end progress pictures from each log :P
