Hah, It's time to bulk. I'm going to keep working out hard and bulking till I hit about 180 pounds, then I'm going to cut down and see the difference.
There is no deadline, there is no goal, there is no set weight to reach or cut.
I don't plan on stopping.

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?

Hmmm... that actually sounds very interesting. Perhaps I might give this a try after a back/bi's day. I have never used that machine either but I see some dudes on there huffing and puffing sometimes.

Been gaining mass and leaning out in last 8 weeks - changed routine, became strict on diet again.
The year that was bodybuilding wise going badly - because of medication - has suddenly been redeemed.
Hey Chimpinzo: I'm from Adelaide, Australia. So the Christmas/Jan period is nice and hot - we often get week long periods above 35C (95F) and no rain. So its pretty good beach weather - although Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth have much nicer beaches, but I'm not a great surfer so this isn't too important for me.
Nah never did it for long enough. Was going to cut to remove what I called the "antidepressant gained fat" but decided to just bulk instead, as strength regained after going off anti-D's. Doing about 15g of fish oil now, but will up it to about 45 in Nov 15-Dec 15 for a 4 week pyscho cut (before Christmas/NY extensive beach period). Will take b4 & after photos for u then. I’ll cut on 2200cals, 150C, 250P, & 67F,; with weekly high cal days. SO it will be fish oil extreme to the max lol
nice man! I think you can definitely make that goal, ill check up on ya too. I am hoping to be 180 around september 19th, yell at me make sure i get there
