Background

When I Started: Jan 2008
HOW I STARTED:

Comecei a musculação como trabalho em meados de 1991, era muito novo mas era o que fazia a diferença entre os atletas da minha idade, desta forma me destaquei, na força e no vigor físico, até mesmo por que o meu primeiro esporte era o basquete, e não a musculação

WHY I LOVE IT:

Desta forma tudo foi mudando, a carreira de jogador de basket no brasil não te da total estabilidade, por melhor que voce seja, mas mesmo assim fui longe, muito longe. Mas apos ter que parar pra seguir um outro caminho resolvi me dedicar somente a musculação.

Simple carbohydrates are some bad, overused

I would like to leave this post because I am suffering with pain due to the small eating simple carbohydrates), in fact, always in all my diets to gain muscle mass, including carbohydrates, but in recent weeks, I had to stop. As I began to feel pain immediately after ingesting carbohydrates (maltodextrin). It's a pain in the lower left side of belly? Someone could me clarify what might be happening? NEXT WEEK, JA MEDICO HAVE MARKED TO REQUEST SPECIFIC TESTS. THANKS STAFF
