Why I Love It:
I dont just love working out, I love self improvement of all kinds. I run a website for male self help and working out is all part of a healthy lifestyle right?!
I love feeling great and gaining the pride you get when your body is filled out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its my job, my passion and I'm constantly talking to men around the world on my website who help me motivate myself for everything. I just remind myself i'm only as good as what my measurements are now. It helps to stop me to revert.
BB Accomplishments:
My Six pack :)

The music is from www.eatskeet.com and is my favorite work out music, that dj basically helped me get to where I am now. I had no partners, no trainer everything I used I just learn't from this site and a few others. Just some determination and application.
I've been a member now for a month and now I have finally started to have time to start blogging and properly updating my Bodyspace! I hope to meet a lot more people here that can help me reach my goals and educate me!
