Background
My dad joined a country club in Singapore and was given a free membership to the gym there including trainer. I took it instead of him and thats how I 1st got into it. But I have a LONG way to go.
I dont just love working out, I love self improvement of all kinds. I run a website for male self help and working out is all part of a healthy lifestyle right?! I love feeling great and gaining the pride you get when your body is filled out.

Which is really awesome, the author has good music taste and just tells me when to stop running intense and to change pace, all I have to do is listen and follow!!
Weight Training:
I work my abdominals everyday, alternating Intense with light easy each day. Some days Ill hardcore crunch and ignore my Adonis or Obliques, usually I focus on one part of my abs and only do light on other parts.
As for other body parts, I make sure I train each one once a week.
