Overall Goal: I want to slim down and tone up so I can wear a bikini this summer and not feel ashamed of it.
Fit Status:
Been sick with a cold that hit me like a train. Figures I get on track only to get derailed.

When I Started:

How I Started:
I've been working out at my gym since June this year, but I've been dying for the opportunity since college because the hours on my course load was way too vigorous.
Why I Love It:
I want to out-do myself. I want the warm fuzzy compliments. And I want to get out of my shell and stop covering up like a nun.
How I Stay Motivated:
Hard to say. I don't work out with anyone and I don't know anyone at my gym. I talk about my adventures to a few others but I get the impression that this could get annoying after awhile so I try to keep that to myself. It's self-motivation at this point.
BB Accomplishments:
It's not major but I was pretty proud the first time I set the 12 minute run non-stop. I can now jog about this long before I get at all sore, but I don't want to wear down my joints and try to keep jogging minimal.

My gym is having this promo this morning that the first 200 people to show up (yes 200, maybe they realize we're competitive type of people) these people get 3 free training sessions with a physical trainer. I'm worried that this will be enough to get me hooked and affording a trainer...
