How I Started:
I have been working out for the last 5 years on and off. I started working out more seriously during my time on the Crew team in college.In the last two years, through reading books on nutrition, physiology, fitness and working out. I began setting goals, and as I worked towards these goals and began to make improvements, my motivation and confidence increased, my goals became larger and brought me to the point am at now. Prepping for my first competition.
Why I Love It:
To me the sports of bodybuilding is unique in the sense that; If you work hard enough, educate yourself accordingly and are motivated you will see changes, and results. However changes do not come easy or fast, hence the challenge.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated through constanstly setting goals for myself. When a goal is reached and accomplished, I set another goal. My motivation comes from the transformation that I see in my body after a couple of weeks of hard training.

hey i am wondering if you can help me out...i am currently bulking until june and i am wondering if you can tell me wether i should go heavy for low reps or light for high reps
