How I Started:
I've always been athletic and played sports, but once that was done I still play but not as competitive, I needed an outlet. I always lifted a little but had no idea what I was doing well that all changed and here I am striving to become better.
Why I Love It:
The look, the feel its a cool lifestyle and not so cool haha. I love the idea that I can change the way I look.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just take 5 minutes and look around here, also that person at the gym who stays 5 minutes longer than me or does one more set.
