How I Started:
A friend got me started while stationed in the states, and a few months later, I went on an unaccopanied tour to Korea. I had a lot of time on my hands and I used part of that time in the gym.
Why I Love It:
Results, and people telling me my body doesn't look my age.

Coming to this site and seeing the amazing results people are getting from hard work.

Goal (Long):
Overall goal is to bulk up to 210, 215, (I'm 5'10"), and do a good job of cutting excess body fat, down to 195-200. Having visible ab muscle is included in this goal.

Nothing much here. Trying to enjoy the summer and learn some new things in the gym. I have scaled back to 3 days a week, and reduced over all volume. Getting ready for October 30th.
