How I Started:
A friend got me started while stationed in the states, and a few months later, I went on an unaccopanied tour to Korea. I had a lot of time on my hands and I used part of that time in the gym.
Why I Love It:
Results, and people telling me my body doesn't look my age.

Ok I just purchased some N.O. Xplode for the 1st time, and now I'm scared to use it 'cause the fine print says "for healthy adults, ages 18-50". I'm 53! Any words of wisdom from the BB world on this product? I know to check my tolerance by using only one scoop initially.

It's great to hear you are hitting it strong again. As for me, I'm lovin' the mass gains but I'm still deciding when to do a serious cut. Just taking it day by day for now. And you know I have to bust ya balls every now & again bro! Take care
Whats going on frat,hows the back and everything working out for you? Everything going on this end just got a new job have to do the relocate thing and everyting hope i can find a good gym around the area.
I started back last week workouts were great also back to training abbs muscle memory is there so i am seeing them slowly but surely my only let down right now is my chest but i will try to see what i can do about that

What's been up? I think I'm finally getting this thing. Diet is still hard as hell when they serve Fried Every Damn thing here. The location a few miles from here can serve not only cubed chicken breast everyday on the salad bar but grilled breast in the fast food section. So WTH is wrong with this place. Bad attitude cooks in the morning when you ask for egg white scramble with little oil. Dammit if I want truck stop eggs I'll ask. LOL well back to work 4 me Chief. Later.

Yeah, I'm just getting back into it seriously again. I've been lazy for awhile. It's so hot and humid here that I really don't want to do anything though. But...if you wanna look good you gotta work hard I suppose. Good luck.
