In march 2010 I want to finish a half marathon in 1 hour 40 mins, then do a marathon in 3 hours 20 mins. Then I'm going to the highlands in Scotland for a 46 mile run and for my 40th I want to do the costa brava (starting in my home town in Spain) chalenge, 125 miles in three days.
