I was never athletic at any point in my life. After I finished school I had a corporate job, sat on my ass all day and started looking like complete crap so I had to take action.
Why I Love It:
why is it assumed that when someone is fit they love working out? I think its a pain in the ass, but I do it because I love being fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
I was sick with asthma and hospitalized a lot as a kid and I love the feeling of being healthy and strong now. I want to be in good shape throughout my life and since there are no magical pills to stay fit, I have no choice but to keep busting my ass consistently.

thank you, you are an inspiration..I've been away from here for a bit, but back to read and learn now....I've now competed three times, since May this year. It was alot of fun! I've met great people from big name Pros,to celebrities..I love this sport!
