When I Started: Jan, 1993
How I Started: I was never athletic at any point in my life. After I finished school I had a corporate job, sat on my ass all day and started looking like complete crap so I had to take action.
Why I Love It: why is it assumed that when someone is fit they love working out? I think its a pain in the ass, but I do it because I love being fit.
How I Stay Motivated: I was sick with asthma and hospitalized a lot as a kid and I love the feeling of being healthy and strong now. I want to be in good shape throughout my life and since there are no magical pills to stay fit, I have no choice but to keep busting my ass consistently.
