I do 1x10 1x10 1x5 1x5 for warm up and then do either 5x5 heavy or 3x3 heavy. For bench squat and deads. I alternate between 3x3 and 5x5 each week. Then I work the muscles that work the lift. For instance on bench I do incline and closegrip and dips as secondary lifts.
