then i became cardio queen.
and i still felt insecure.
i bought the ABS diet book.
and it all came together

because im in highschool and my guy friends like freakout when they see my arms.

i dont know if its good or bad.

may i have your opinions?

BTW im a lot more muscular than my pics.

i juss havent had a chance to post them because my camera...

sry 4taking so long to get back with u. (crazy nice back you have btw) ever see Lance Armstrong? all legs.no upperbody. different sports req different conditioning. unlike bowling which only requires beer and hotdogs. training upper body for soccer.or cycling is overkill. Even Ironmen events.those guys are small.football players.. even qbs. are all body strong.. depends on the sport. Bodybuilding is a totally different universe when it comes to training. Hope that helped a bit.

Your an athlete so you'll need to be mobile, by not tretching your muscles can shrink, get tighter and will limit you playing volley ball` So you need to be flexible

Everything, your leggs, arms , back , neck, stomach...End your work outs with a 15 minite stretch. And in between sets when your working out stretch more` You wont build properly if you dont have the flexibility`

hahaha, you can eat all the meat you want, all the fruits you want and all the shakes you want, we're adding something, After your last big meal of the night...wait a few minites and let it settle then walk on a tredmill for 20 minites....its going to strengthen your legs and pull in your stomach. You can walk for 30 minites if you can but no longer, you'll begin to over work if you go to much.
