Oh cool, I started officially on my birthday last year September 15 =)
before I was just cardio addicted, and ate like crap... then decided to change things up =)
I'm bulking. Almost 200lbs. Short term goal is 230lbs. Full goal is 260lbs. Yeah but everybody loves carbs, carbs are in the best foods, lots of em. Just gotta burn them off :D
Lol carbs eh? I need carbs for energy :P Yesterday went pretty good. Had a great pump with my workout even though I lifted a little after 12:30AM in the morning and in complete darkness. The gym was closed and I lifted without the lights on so the cameras wouldn't see me :D Felt great, but could have been better. I need to eat more but eating clean is difficult.
Just thought that I would drop by and wish you all the best of the season and hope that everything is going well with your fitness routine. Stay strong, believe in yourself and what you can accomplish and I look forward to watching your continued progression in 2008.
sry 4taking so long to get back with u. (crazy nice back you have btw) ever see Lance Armstrong? all legs.no upperbody. different sports req different conditioning. unlike bowling which only requires beer and hotdogs. training upper body for soccer.or cycling is overkill. Even Ironmen events.those guys are small.football players.. even qbs. are all body strong.. depends on the sport. Bodybuilding is a totally different universe when it comes to training. Hope that helped a bit.

Your an athlete so you'll need to be mobile, by not tretching your muscles can shrink, get tighter and will limit you playing volley ball` So you need to be flexible
Everything, your leggs, arms , back , neck, stomach...End your work outs with a 15 minite stretch. And in between sets when your working out stretch more` You wont build properly if you dont have the flexibility`
