Hi all, I just bought the SuperPump250 and have been taking it for about 1 week. I would like to put on some size (5-10 lbs) but get more defined abs. Does anyone have preferences here?
Ken, I'm right there with you man. Turned 40 and decided its now or never. Looks like you are making great progress so far. Don't get discouraged. I'm still only about 2 months into my transformation and try to take it day by day. Good luck and continued success.

The weather here has took a turn for the worse, it's like fall has already arrived!. Which is a shame as losing my tan damn it ;). looks like the tan in a bottle will be coming bck out! lol. So training is going well, when is your competition?, I will be routing for you!
