I had started losing weight about a year before I started bodybuilding. I figured BBing would help me further my fat loss and look good for the first time in my life. When I first started lifting weights all I had was a straight bar, 2 adjustable dumbbell bars and about 80 lbs of weight. I only did curls, bench and squats with 25, 60, and 60 lbs respectively, knowing nothing about bodybuilding or nutrition. Now I have a home gym with all the equipment I need and the knowledge to go along with it.
Why I Love It:
I like seeing my gains, knowing that every day I am a little closer to my goals.
Well, I'm tired of cutting. I think it's time for a nice long bulk now. Although I was pretty successful with this cut, lost 24 lbs and 3" on my waist in about 4 months. Not bad.
Hi, I was wondering if you ever get tingles in wrists or elbows, or ever had? I occasionally in my wrist or elbow (left arm), doing incline DB presses. Have you ever experienced similar?
