I won the Mr. America title in 1966 and the Mr. Universe titles in 1966 and 1975. But first before all the bigger titles came, my Mr. Milwakee and Mr. Wisconsin wins in 1960 at 20 years of age are my most proud achievements-
You look fantastic. You have the body that so many men, mostly younger, want but are not willing to put the work into developing. You have shown tremendous determination and strength of spirit and are a fantastic inspiration to so many others. Stay strong, focused and determined.
Some people use age as a convenient excuse. 'I'm to old too start, or, 'I could never do that at my age.' Other people, though, go on to achieve their greatest accomplishments in life in their later years.
