Today I have found out that I have meet my goal before Christmas. I am already at 141lbs. and siked. Thanks to all the comments and motivation to keep going!!!!

It has been two months since I have worked out but I'm ready to get back into it. Weighing 138lbs and still holding a 13" bicep. Some of the gains I have made stuck so I'm glad for that and ready to move forward. I'm just hppay to know that it didn't take me another year to get back into it.
